Online sale of tickets has ended. You may purchase tickets for the self-guided tour on Saturday at Elfant Wissahickon Realtors, 8039 Germantown Ave. The Docent tour of the Venturi and Kahn houses is sold out; those houses are not on the self-guided tour.

There are no physical tickets. On the day of the tour, check in at Elfant Wissahickon realtors at 8039 Germantown Ave. [map] after 9:30am. There you will receive a list of houses, driving guide, and a bracelet that gives you admission to the tour houses. For the Docent tour of the Venturi and Kahn houses, please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour and arrive at your assigned starting house 15 minutes prior to scheduled time.

Self-guided tour

Includes five outstanding mid-century Modern houses designed by the following architects:  Oskar Stonorov, Newcomb Montgomery & Robert Bishop, James A. Nolen (remodeled by Runyan & Associates) and Mark Ueland.

Docent tour (Sold Out)

Incudes the self-guided tour plus a guided tour of the Esherick House, designed by Louis Kahn, and the Vanna Venturi House,  designed by Robert Venturi.

Ticket prices: 

Restrictions: No children under 12.  The tour involves moderate walking and stairs.  It is not wheelchair accessible, but we will try to accommodate people with limited mobility.
Please Note:
High heels are not permitted and booties will be provided for the self-guided tour; non-skid socks will be provided for the docent tour.
